We collect Personal Information for the following purposes:

(1)To disclose information in the services and system, and use various services on the the system

(2)To manage information on our customers, suppliers, other business partners, and on companies wishing to use our services

(3)To improve and broaden the outreach of our marketing

(4)To improve our services and develop new services

(5)To provide information on events, seminars, etc. conducted by us or Visional Group companies, to manage operations, and to conduct PR activities

(6)To advertise and promote our services and of each Visional Group companies, and to provide information and conduct PR activities

(7)To disseminate e-mail newsletters

3.Voluntary Nature of the Provision of Personal Information

The provision of Personal Information to us is voluntary: however, if you do not provide the required information, you may not be able to register as a member or use the various services and systems.

4.Provision of Personal Information

We will provide Personal Information to third parties in the following cases. Please note that if the consent of the individual is obtained, Personal Information may be provided to a third party even in cases not stated below. Unless otherwise specified, Personal Information will be provided through an encrypted web system, by e-mail, or written documents to be delivered in person.

(1)To improve and broaden the outreach of our marketing, we may provide our domestic and international partners with Personal Information obtained.

(2)We may provide Personal Information to third parties outside of Japan to achieve the purposes described in Clause 2: "Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information"

(3)In principle, we will not provide Personal Information to third parties without the consent of the user. However, we may provide Personal Information without the user's consent in the following cases:

1 When required by law

2 When it is necessary for the protection of life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual

3 When it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned

4 When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by either a national agency or local government executing affairs prescribed by law and obtaining the consent of the individual is likely to impede the execution of such affairs.

5.Outsourcing of the Handling of Personal Information

In the course of business operations, we may outsource the handling of Personal Information to contractors. In such cases, we carefully select contractors on the condition that they have established and implemented a management system capable of appropriately protecting Personal Information. We require the contractors to appropriately manage the Personal Information by stipulating in contracts and other agreements the matters necessary to prevent the leakage of users' Personal Information through the appropriate management of Personal Information and the maintenance of confidentiality.

6.Creation of Pseudonym Processing Information

We may create pseudonymised information based on the information we have obtained and use it for the following purposes

- To improve our services and develop new services

7.Use of Statistically Processed Data

We may create statistical data based on the Personal Information we collect that excludes specific correspondence with individuals. We may use the statistical data without any restrictions.

8.Safety Management

(1)Organizational safety control measures

- A person responsible for the handling of personal data has been appointed, and a contact point for reporting accidents, etc. has been established.

- We create personal data inventories and conduct internal audits for the handling of personal data.

(2)Personnel safety control measures

- We provide training for all employees on the handling of personal data.

- We have a memorandum of understanding with all of our employees regarding the handling of personal data.

(3)Physical safety control measures

- Theft prevention measures and encryption are implemented for equipment and electronic media that handle personal data.

- There are entry and exit restrictions for office rooms where personal data is handled.

(4)Technical safety control measures

- We have implemented access control for personal data and established a system in which only the minimum necessary personnel have access to personal data.

- A system is in place to protect information systems that handle personal data from unauthorized access.

(5)Understanding of the external environment

We will implement safety management measures based on our understanding of the regulations for the protection of Personal Information in the following countries where personal data is stored on cloud services.

However, we will not be held responsible if anyone other than the individual concerned obtains and uses personally identifiable information.

We use cookies to protect your privacy, improve convenience, deliver advertisements, and obtain statistical data. In addition, we may use cookies, JavaScript, and other technologies to obtain information on the user's activity history (URLs accessed, contents, order of reference, etc.) within the site. However, the action history does not include any Personal Information.
